    Store rules and regulations

    Welcome at each HARVEST CLUB Fair Concept Store in the city center of Leuven ( HARVEST CLUB Fair Fashion Concept Store & HARVEST CLUB basics ). We would like everyone to feel at home with us and to experience a pleasant shopping atmosphere. That's why we've bundled a set of store rules and regulations, for you to respect. Entering one of our shops therefore implies that you accept our terms of service, our privacy statement and these store rules mentioned here below.

    • Always follow all directions and instructions from our store employees. This is in the interest of the general order and safety of the store employees, visitors to HARVEST CLUB and anyone who goes in and around the store.
    • Always follow all hygiene instructions that are clearly visible in the store:
      • Don't visit the shop when you have symptoms of illness. We reserve the right to refuse you to enter the shop. Please, be sensible.
      • You are strongly advised to pay contactless.
    • We ask you to contribute to a pleasant shopping experience by preventing nuisance and inconvenience to others.
    • It is not allowed to smoke in the store.
    • It is not allowed to eat or drink in the shop, with the exception of snacks and drinks offered by a store employee.
    • Pets (with the exception of guidance dogs) are not allowed in our store.
    • Customers or visitors are not allowed to enter areas other than the sales floor without the explicit permission of a store employee.
    • It is not allowed to take photos, film or sound recordings in our store without the permission of a store employee.
    • Video cameras are present in our store for the safety of our customers, visitors and store employees. The recordings are also used to detect shoplifting and other crimes. HARVEST CLUB handles this very carefully and observes the legal regulations regarding privacy and the protection of personal data very closely.
    • Always carry items that you have not yet paid for in plain sight.
    • Cash in the store is always skimmed.
    • Cash payments are rounded to € 0.05.
    • All money is checked for security features.
    • We report, among other things, to the police in the following cases:
      • at shoplifting
      • if employees are threatened and/or being harassed
      • if counterfeit money is spent
      • if there is a break in peace of these rules
    • If you violate our store rules and regulations, you are punishable for trespassing
    • We have the option of imposing a shop denial on our customers for a maximum period of one year if the store rules and regulations are not followed.

    Je bent van harte welkom in elke HARVEST CLUB Fair Concept Store te Leuven ( HARVEST CLUB Fair Fashion Store & HARVEST CLUB basics ). We willen graag dat iedereen zich bij ons thuis voelt en dat er een prettig winkelklimaat heerst. Daarom hebben we een aantal huisregels opgesteld, waaraan je je dient te houden. Als je één van onze winkels betreedt, verklaar je je akkoord met onze Algemene voorwaarden, ons Privacy Statement en onderstaande huisregels.

    • Volg altijd alle aanwijzingen en instructies van onze winkelmedewerkers op. Dit is in het belang van de algemene orde en veiligheid van de winkelmedewerkers, bezoekers van HARVEST CLUB en iedereen die zich in en om de winkel begeeft.
    • We hebben volgende extra belangrijke veiligheids- en hygiëneregels ingevoerd:
      • Kom niet naar de winkel als je ziektesymptomen vertoont. We behouden ons het recht voor u te weigeren. Wees verstandig.
      • U wordt sterk aangeraden contactloos te betalen
    • We vragen je om bij te dragen aan een prettig winkelklimaat door hinder en overlast voor anderen te voorkomen.
    • Het is niet toegestaan om in de winkel te roken.
    • Het is niet toegestaan om te eten en te drinken in de winkel, met uitzondering van hapjes en drankjes aangeboden door een winkelmedewerker.
    • Huisdieren (met uitzondering van blindengeleidehonden en hulphonden) worden niet toegelaten in onze winkel.
    • Het is klanten of bezoekers niet toegestaan om zonder toestemming van een winkelmedewerker andere ruimtes dan de verkoopvloer te betreden.
    • Het is niet toegestaan om zonder toestemming van een winkelmedewerker foto’s, film- of geluidsopnames te maken in onze winkel.
    • In onze winkel zijn videocamera’s aanwezig voor de veiligheid van onze klanten, bezoekers en winkelmedewerkers. De opnames worden ook gebruikt voor de opsporing van winkeldiefstallen en andere delicten. HARVEST CLUB gaat hier zeer zorgvuldig mee om en neemt de wettelijke regelgeving met betrekking tot privacy en de bescherming van persoonsgegevens zeer nauw in acht.
    • Draag artikelen die je nog niet hebt afgerekend altijd in het zicht bij je.
    • In de winkel is het kassageld steeds afgeroomd.
    • Contante betalingen worden afgerond op € 0,05.
    • Al het geld wordt op echtheidskenmerken gecontroleerd.
    • Wij doen onder meer aangifte bij de politie in de volgende gevallen:
      • bij winkeldiefstal
      • als medewerkers worden bedreigd en/of lastig gevallen
      • als er vals geld wordt uitgegeven
      • als er sprake is van huisvredebreuk
    • Bij overtreding van onze huisregels ben je strafbaar ter zake huisvredebreuk
    • Wij hebben de mogelijkheid onze klanten een winkelontzegging voor de duur van maximaal één jaar op te leggen wanneer de huisregels niet worden nageleefd.
